# EULA (E1 ARENA)

**End-User License Agreement (EULA) for E1 Twitch Extension**

**1. Introduction**\

Without prejudice to any other rights, E1XYZ may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

**9. Governing Law**\
This EULA is governed by the laws of Republic Of Ireland.

**10. Miscellaneous**\
If any provision of this EULA is found to be void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the EULA, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
